We provide free shipping for a majority of our products but a minimum shipping

charge will be calculated at checkout for a few products on our website and its

Tracking and Order Updates:

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an

email/SMS with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as

sometimes the email gets labelled as such.

We'll send you email updates on the status of your order as it progresses through our system and during transit.


Lost or Damaged Items:

In the rare event of a lost or damaged item during shipping, please contact our Customer Support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.


Item Never Received:

Customers can contact us by email if he/she never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
